Councilman Ed Pollard Was Recruited into, "The KICK Enterprise Club PAC," along with Mike Doyle, Sean Doyle and Mary Doyle

Attorney Michael Harris (left) is the handler for Councilman Edward Pollard (center), and claims to also be the man behind City of Houston Controller Chris Hollins, Fort Bend County Commissioner (Precinct 4), Commissioner Dexter McCoy, and several other African American male elected officials. As for Attorney Mike Doyle (right), he and his cohorts appear to be on a mission to recruit "WEAK BLACK MEN," in their effort to betray "BLACK WOMEN," as they seek to make history in Harris County, Texas, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the General Midterm Election.

- POLLARD IS LYING -

Councilman Edward Pollard was recruited to be a founding member of "The KICK Enterprise CLUB PAC," which he claims is the only "LOCAL DEMOCRATIC PAC" of its kind, which appears to be a lie. That said, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, Councilman Edward Pollard also claimed that he "DID NOT VOTE" in the 2020, 2022, and 2024 Democratic Party Primaries in support of "BLACK WOMEN," because he is a nonpartisan Councilmember, which is also a blatant mischaracterization of the truth.

“NOT A DEMOCRAT.”

Councilman Edward Pollard is not a "TRUE BLUE DEMOCRAT," and "BLACK WOMEN" should not be fooled by his lies. Councilman Pollard could be skipping the Democratic Party Primary Elections because he does not want African Americans to know that he is voting for Republicans over Democrats in local General Elections, and is lying through his teeth. Councilman Pollard's "VOTING RECORD" below proves that he is a liar and shows that he's not a Democrat.

“PATHOLOGICAL LIAR.”

Councilman Edward Pollard is lying when he claims that he did not vote in the 2020 Democratic Party Primary, 2022 Midterm Election, and 2024 Presidential Election to support "BLACK WOMEN," because he is a nonpartisan Councilmember representing Houston City Council District J. How do we know that Councilman Edward Pollard is lying? Well, Councilman Edward Pollard assumed the Houston City Council District J seat on January 2, 2020, after defeating Sandra Rodriguez in a runoff that was held on December 14, 2019. As a refresher, Edward Pollard received 3,136 votes (58.0%), and Sandra Rodriguez received 2,271 votes (42.0%).

“REJECTED BY DEMOCRATS.”

Councilman Edward Pollard ran for office as a Democrat against State Representative Gene Wu in the 2016 Democratic Party Primary, and was rejected by Democratic Party Primary voters. In his first bid for office, in the race for State Representative for House District 137, Edward Pollard's two biggest donors were Attorney Michael Harris and his wife, Tammy. As a refresher, State Representative Gene Wu received 2,957 votes (64.73%), and Edward Pollard received 1,611 votes (35.27%).

“HIS VOTING TIMELINE.”

Councilman Edward Pollard only seeks to align himself with the Harris County Democratic Party when he is preparing to run for public office, and this can be proven by inspecting his voting record. Councilman Pollard did not vote in the 2008 or 2012 Democratic Party Primaries for President Barack Obama, who is a fellow Black male. Councilman Pollard also "DID NOT VOTE" in the 2010 Midterm Democratic Party Primary. When Edward Pollard decided that he was going to run for State Representative during the 2016 Democratic Party Primary against Gene Wu, he decided to vote in the Democratic Party Primary. And when Edward Pollard decided that he was going to run for the Houston City Council in 2019, he voted in the 2018 Democratic Party Primary to trick Democrats.

“TRICKING BLACK WOMEN.”

Once Councilman Edward Pollard was elected as the Houston City Councilman for District J, he stopped voting in Democratic Party Primaries again. And now that he plans to run for Mayor of Houston against Mayor John Whitmire, it appears that Councilman Edward Pollard has tried to trick "BLACK WOMEN" by voting in the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary. However, his lying, conniving, and colluding with Mike Doyle, to "BETRAY BLACK WOMEN," will be fully exposed and published for the general public when he announces his bid to run for Mayor of Houston against Mayor John Whitmire in the 2027 Municipal Elections.

During this GROUND GAME MAGAZINE on KCOH 1230, "The Source" segment, Councilman Edward Judson Pollard was forced to admit that he did not vote for "BLACK WOMEN," or any other Democrats during the 2020, 2022, or 2024 Democratic Party Primaries in Harris County, Texas.

- SEGMENT 10 -

In this segment, from Thursday, April 2, 2026, Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor (me) took Councilman Edward Pollard to task, with my direct line of questioning about his claim that he voted in the recent Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary, with the GROUND GAME MAGAZINE on KCOH 1230, "The Source" listeners.

- THE SCHEME -

Attorney Michael Harris, by his own admission, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, is the handler for Councilman Ed Pollard (District J), Houston City Controller (Chris Hollins), and Fort Bend County Commissioner Dexter McCoy (Precinct 4), who is running for Fort Bend County Judge, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in the Fort Bend County Democratic Party Primary "RUNOFF ELECTION," against Judge Rachelle Carter, a Black female. That said, based on our preliminary investigation, we have discovered that Councilman Edward Judson Pollard has joined in league with Mike Doyle, Sean Doyle, and Mary Doyle in their alleged betrayal of "BLACK WOMEN" in Harris County, Texas.

- ED'S VUID NUMBER -

Councilman Edward Judson Pollard (District J) is registered to vote in Harris County, Texas. That said, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, on KCOH 1230, "The Source," Councilman Pollard confessed that he did not vote in the 2020, 2022, and 2024 Democratic Party Primaries. However, since then, we have discovered that Councilman Edward Pollard was 2024 years old when President Barack Obama ran for office, and Pollard "DID NOT" vote in the 2008 Democratic Party Primary. And when President Obama ran for reelection in 2012, Councilman Ed Pollard also "DID NOT" vote for him in the 2012 Democratic Party Primary.

- ED'S VOTING RECORD -

Councilman Edward Judson Pollard (District J) admitted that he "DID NOT" vote for "BLACK WOMEN" during the 2020, 2022, and 2024 Democratic Party Primaries. However, Councilman Edward Pollard claims that he "DID VOTE" in the Democratic Party Primary on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. That said, based on our research, Councilman Ed Pollard "DID NOT" vote in the 2008 or 20012 Democratic Party Primaries when he had an opportunity to support President Barack Obama.

- THE DOUBLE CROSS -

At 5:21PM, on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, a FACEBOOK POST, published by Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper, appears to have been aimed at discrediting the reporting of Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor (me), and boosting the credibility of Councilman Edward Pollard. That said, the next day, live on the KCOH 1230 airwaves, "The Source," Councilman Edward Pollard was allowed to call in after a "CAT-CALL" issued by Attorney Nyanza Moore. Also, while the show was being aired, the front door to "THE KCOH OFFICE" was opened by Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper to allow Attorney Michael Harris, the handler for Councilman Edward Pollard, to ambush Aubrey R. Taylor when the live broadcast ended.

RAY R.C. JONES REPORTS©

I am very disappointed with the way the radio conversation on April 2, 2026, on KCOH 1230 AM was conducted. The program, moderated by Mr. Ralph Cooper, featured Aubrey R. Taylor, publisher of the Houston Business Connections Newspaper and Ground Game Magazine.

Had I been properly informed as his Chief Political Advisor about how this meeting was planned, I would have strongly advised against his participation. In my professional opinion, Mr. Taylor was placed in a position where he was set up.

The matters discussed during the broadcast have already been investigated. The individuals we spoke with regarding the KICK Enterprise Club PAC were credible and reliable sources, people I have known for many years who are actively involved in Houston and Harris County politics. Because of that, I am concerned that the public may have been misled by statements made during that broadcast.

I have always worked to provide sound political guidance and advice to Mr. Taylor, and I believe he has done a good job up until this particular appearance. However, there were statements made during that program that were misleading to the public.

My advice to Aubrey Taylor is this: do not participate in future talk shows without proper planning and discussion with your team.

To those who have supported Mr. Taylor, I encourage you to continue to review and consider the information he provides, especially regarding the KICK Enterprise Club PAC and those connected to it.

I also want to address Council member Edward Pollard, who attempted to defend his voting record. That record has been investigated, and that investigation will continue.

Yes, I have spoken up for certain elected officials in the past and have provided political guidance when needed. During the broadcast, the name of Senator Borris L. Miles was mentioned. However, Council Member Pollard cannot be compared to Senator Miles. Senator Miles is a man who stands by his word. I have known him for many years as an elected official.

I can say the same for Representative Ronald Reynolds and State Representative Harold Dutton. I have worked closely with them throughout their political careers.

My advice to Ms. Traci Gibson, Harris County Democratic Party Chair, is to continue her working relationship with Mr. Taylor. I believe that relationships will be important when it comes to understanding what is happening in Houston and Harris County politics.

I am writing this article because I want the truth to be told clearly again by Mr. Taylor and for the public to be properly informed. If any promises or statements were made during that broadcast, I believe they should be reconsidered and withdrawn.

Let me be clear, there is much more to come regarding the KICK Enterprise Club PAC, the development of this independent organization, and the voting record and history of Council Member Edward Pollard.

This is not the end of the conversation.

Attempted Ambush of Investigative Reporter Aubrey R Taylor at KCOH 1230 Failed; From the Desk of Ray "RC" Jones Sr

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

"ATTEMPTED AMBUSH."

On 6:00 PM, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, the next day, live on the KCOH 1230 airwaves, "The Source," Councilman Edward Pollard was allowed to call in after a "CAT-CALL" issued by Attorney Nyanza Moore.

“THE DOUBLE CROSS.”

As the producer of GROUND GAME MAGAZINE on KCOH 1230, "The Source," I reluctantly participated in the Thursday, April 2, 2026, broadcast, without consulting with my Chief Political Advisor, who is Ray "RC" Jones, Sr, who is very upset with the fact that I got ambushed on my own broadcast with the help of people I trusted. That said, as you will learn in this report, I handled myself well and was able to get Councilman Ed Pollard to admit live on air that he did not vote for any "BLACK FEMALES" in the 2020, 2022, or 2024 Democratic Party Primaries.

"THE BETRAYAL."

The Harris County Democratic Party is on the verge of making “AMERICAN HISTORY” during the 2026 Midterm Election cycle, if “DEMOCRATIC VOTERS” stick to the script.

“Vote Blue No Matter Who” has long been the mantra of the Democratic Party at the local, state, and national levels. Still, there are certain segments, or wings of the Democratic Party, aiming to bring recompense upon “BLACK DEMOCRATIC FEMALES,” because of their recent success.

Listen. Anyone planning to align themselves with Mike Doyle, Sean Doyle, Mary Doyle, and Councilman Ed Pollard, and their newly-formed General Purpose Political Action Committee called “The KICK Enterprise Club PAC,” should know that they will be exposed.

Now is not the time for division within the ranks of the Harris County Democratic Party. And what attorney Allison Mathis is planning to do regarding actively campaigning against former Judge Ramona Franklin is a “DIVISIVE STRATEGY,” which should be denounced.

Former Judge Ramona Franklin placed her name on the ballot to run for the 496th Criminal District Court and won her race fair and square. Thus, Franklin is the “DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE,” and must be supported by Democratic voters on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the General Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas.

“JUDICIAL SLATE.”

As of today, Harris County Democratic Party voters have made it clear that they trust “BLACK WOMEN” to lead. In fact, Democratic voters overwhelmingly selected Traci A. Gibson, an African American female, over Mike Doyle to lead their party into battle on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, against their Republican counterparts.

"HISTORIC FIELD."

The Harris County Democratic Party is in the process of assembling the strongest field of African American judicial nominees ever assembled in American history. Below is a list of the (26) twenty-six African American females and two African American males who have already punched their ticket to the Tuesday, November 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary General Election.

Former Harris County Treasurer Orlando Sanchez is highly respected in the "BLACK COMMUNITY" and is a unifier who could act as a surrogate for the (GOP) "Greater Opportunity Party," if he's nominated in the runoff race for Harris County Judge on Tuesday. May 26, 2026. That said, Orlando Sanchez will be much more appealing to "INDEPENDENT VOTERS" than Warren Howell, in this current political climate where people like Judge Nathan Milliron are disrespecting people of color and hurting "THE GOP" brand as the political party of opportunity for ethnic minorities.

- BAD (GOP) JUDGE -

Judge Nathan Milliron, the presiding judge for the 215th Civil District Court, has given the Harris County Republican Party a proverbial black eye. His treatment of "ETHNIC MINORITIES" is reprehensible and disgusting. That said, it is clear that Judge Nathan Milliron is throwing people of color out of his courtroom, in a feeble attempt to make a name for himself and increase his persona as a tough judge. Still, his plan has backfired and could hurt every downballot candidate running as a Republican if he does not resign and apologize for his potentially racist antics.
