Judges Like Nathan J. Milliron Are Disrespecting Black People in Harris County; Milliron Only Beat Palmer by 304 Votes

Judge Nathan J. Milliron (Republican), the presiding judge for the 215th Civil District Court, is under a tremendous amount of scrutiny because of his treatment of county employees and attorneys. See, Judge Milliron told a "BLACK LAWYER" to get out of his courtroom. As a refresher, Judge Milliron defeated Judge Elaine Palmer (top second from right) by 304 votes on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. As a refresher, Porscha Natasha Brown (bottom right) lost her election to a Republican named Leslie Johnson by 267 votes. Judge DaSean Jones (bottom second from right) defeated his Republican opponent, Tami Pierce, by 449 votes on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Former Judge Jeralynn Manor (top right) lost her re-election bid on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, by 647 votes, with 1,462,815 votes cast in her race.

- REPUBLICAN JUDGE -

Judicial temperament is a big deal when determining if a judge is good or bad. Watch this YouTube video of Judge Nathan J. Milliron demanding that a "BLACK LAWYER" get out of his courtroom, and you will get a better understanding of why we must not elect any more judges like Judge Nathan J. Milliron to local judicial benches on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in Harris County, Texas. And from what we can see, Judge Nathan J. Milliron, the presiding judge for the 215th Civil District Court, is showing little patience and a mean and very nasty disposition, based on "VIDEO EVIDENCE" we've reviewed of him dealing with a county employee, "IT WORKER," and the African American attorney, whom he berated. At this time, we are still investigating both matters, but things are not looking good for Judge Nathan J. Milliron, who only won the 215th Civil District Court bench by 304 votes in the first place.

"MILLIRON V. PALMER."

Judge Elaine Palmer's refusal to actually run a "GROUND GAME" for her campaign is what caused her to lose her 215th Civil Court bench, not the onslaught of "POLITICAL ATTACK ADS" against her and other local judges back during the 2024 Presidential election in Harris County, Texas. As a refresher, Nathan Milliron (Republican) received 726,251 votes, for 50.0% of the vote. Judge Elaine Palmer (Democrat) received 725,947 votes for 50.0%. That said, if Judge Elaine Palmer had at the very least mounted a "GROUND GAME," rather than basically believing she could win her bid for re-election without campaigning, she would have retained her bench, and Judge Milliron would not be the judge presiding over the 215th Civil District Court.

"COMPLETE BETRAYAL."

Former Judge Jeralynn Manor did everything that she could within reason to retain her 80th Civil District Court bench during the Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election cycle. For good measure, Judge Jeralynn Manor and her fellow Democratic compadre, Judge Fredericka Phillips, donated nearly $100,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," in hopes that Doyle would help them fight off the Republican "ATTACK ADS" that were bombarding the television and radio airwaves. However, instead of protecting Judge Manor and Judge Phillips, the Democratic Party Chairman (at the time), Mike Doyle, took their hard-earned money and sent it to his friend, Diane Lewis, who was serving as the chairmain of the Utah Democratic Party.

"EVERY VOTE COUNTS."

In hindsight, it is clear that Nathan J. Milliron's 304-vote victory over Judge Elaine Palmer could have been avoided if Judge Palmer had done her part and run a "GROUND GAME" to win, instead of resting on her laurels. But that's neither here nor there, at this point. The 2024 race between Nathan Milliron (Republican) and Elaine Palmer (Democrat) was a 50/50 race. The 2024 race between Jeralynn Manor (Democrat) and Sonia Aston (Republican) was a 50/50 race. The 2022 race between Leslie Johnson (Republican) and Porscha Natosha Brown (Democrat) was a 50/50 race. And the 2022 race between DaSean Jones (Democrat) and Tami Pierce (Republican was a 50/50 race.

- CLOSE LOSS -

As you can see, Porscha Brown (Democrat) lost her bid to become the presiding judge for Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, by 267 votes. For historical purposes, Leslie Johnson (Republican) received 529,649 votes, for 50.0% of the vote, and Porscha Brown (Democrat) received 529,382 votes, for 50.0%. A total of 1,059,031 votes were cast in this 50/50 race in Harris County, Texas.

- CLOSE LOSS -

As you can see, Elaine H. Palmer (Democrat) lost her re-election bid as the presiding judge for the 215th Civil District Court on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, by 304 votes. For historical purposes, Nathan Milliron (Republican) received 726,251 votes, for 50.0% of the vote, and Elaine Palmer (Democrat) received 725,947 votes, for 50.0%.  A total of 1,452,198 votes were cast in this 50/50 race in Harris County, Texas.

- CLOSE VICTORY -

As you can see, DaSean Jones (Democrat) won his re-election bid as the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, by 449 votes. DaSean's individual "GROUND GAME" was instrumental in driving his victorious effort. For historical purposes. DaSean Jones (Democrat) received 534,460 votes, for 50.0% of the vote, and Tami Pierce (Democrat) received 534,011 votes, for 50.0%.  A total of 1,068,471 votes were cast in this 50/50 race in Harris County, Texas.

- CLOSE LOSS -

As you can see, Jeralynn Manor (Democrat) who was the presiding judge for the 80th Civil District Court, would have won her race, if Mike Doyle, who was serving as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairmain, would not have taken her $44,000.00 donation and sent it to his friend, Diane Lewis, who was serving as the chairman of the Utah Democratic Party. Judge Manor only lost by 647 votes, even though she and her fellow "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" were getting attacked relentlessly on television and Radio, with misleading political ads claiming that they were "SOFT ON CRIME." For historical purposes, Jeralynn Manor (Democrat) received 731,084 votes, for 50.0% of the vote, and Sonya Aston (Republican) received 731,731 votes, for 50.0%.  A total of 1,462,815 votes were cast in this 50/50 race in Harris County, Texas.

Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor (me) is strongly encouraging the readers of Houston Business Connections Newspaper© and GROUND GAME MAGAZINE© on KCOH 1230, "The Source" listeners to join me in making sure that we weed out "BAD JUDGES," and judicial candidates in Harris County, Texas, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in Harris County, Texas. Below is an "OPINION EDITORIAL" we received from a loyal reader.

Opinion | When Standards Are Clear but Responses Vary

In Harris County, judicial elections can turn on narrow margins. Nathan J. Milliron assumed the bench after defeating Elaine Palmer by just over 300 votes—an outcome that reflects how closely divided some races can be. Comparable elections, including those involving DaSean Jones, have in recent cycles drawn greater scrutiny, including litigation and public debate, even where margins were not necessarily smaller. Notably, Judge Jones’ margin was not as slim as this one, yet it received more sustained attention. That contrast does not affect the validity of any result, but it does illustrate how similarly situated outcomes can generate different levels of response.

The current discussion, however, centers less on the election and more on courtroom conduct.

The following publicly available recordings have become part of that discussion:

In these clips, viewers can observe a range of interactions: a more seasoned attorney being questioned under a firm and at times elevated tone; an individual assisting with courtroom technology appearing to be admonished while attempting to resolve an issue; and a separate exchange in which a female attorney appears to have limited opportunity to fully present her position. Across these moments, the use of directives such as “get out of my courtroom” has been noted by observers.

Each of these recordings reflects a specific moment in time and does not capture the full procedural context in which the interactions occurred. Nevertheless, they have prompted discussion within the legal community regarding judicial demeanor and its relationship to Canon 3 of the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct, which requires patience, dignity, courtesy, and impartiality.

There are also unverified accounts circulating among practitioners alleging that a lawyer was told he should not be practicing law. As with any such allegation, a formal evaluation would be required to determine its accuracy and significance.

Harris County has, in recent years, seen the mechanisms of judicial oversight applied in other contexts. In 2022, Darrell Jordan was publicly admonished by the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct for conduct found inconsistent with Canon 3. In 2020, Ursula Hall was publicly warned for failure to timely rule on motions, a decision that was later reviewed and reversed, illustrating both enforcement and correction within the system.

“JUDICIAL SLATE.”

As of today, Harris County Democratic Party voters have made it clear that they trust “BLACK WOMEN” to lead. In fact, Democratic voters overwhelmingly selected Traci A. Gibson, an African American female, over Mike Doyle to lead their party into battle on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, against their Republican counterparts.

"HISTORIC FIELD."

The Harris County Democratic Party is in the process of assembling the strongest field of African American judicial nominees ever assembled in American history. Below is a list of the (26) twenty-six African American females and two African American males who have already punched their ticket to the Tuesday, November 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary General Election.

"FAIR AND SQUARE."

Traci A. Gibson beat Mike Doyle fair and square. Yes. You heard me right! Mike Doyle was soundly defeated by Traci A. Gibson on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the race for Harris County Democratic Party Chairman. However, not everyone within the HCDP is applauding Traci A. Gibson's historic win over Mike Doyle. Long story short, Mike Doyle, Sean Doyle, Mary Doyle, Councilman Ed Pollard, and a few other people banded together to form a Political Action General Purpose Committee, a few days after the filing deadline, in anticipation that Traci A. Gibson would defeat Doyle, on "SUPER TUESDAY," in the Democratic Party Primary.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

Instead of Mike Doyle, embracing Traci A Gibson and trying to help Traci succeed, he and his cohorts, like Councilman Edward Pollard, appear to be planning to sabotage Gibson's ability to help Democrats win on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in Harris County, Texas.

Hall of Fame KCOH Broadcaster Ralph Cooper and I, Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor, are planning to run an "OLD SCHOOL STRATEGY" to protect the legacy of "BLACK FEMALES" like Judge Germaine "Janet" Tanner, as she seeks re-election to a third term as the presiding judge for the 311th Family District Court, in Harris County, Texas. Also, don't forget that Board Certified Attorney Melanie Miles is the candidate my open-minded "INDEPENDENT" and "DEMOCRATIC" Houston Business Connections Newspaper© readers, and Ground Game Magazine© on KCOH 1230 listeners, should vote for on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in the Democratic Party Primary "RUNOFF RACE," for Justice of the Peace Precinct 7, Place 2, in Harris County, Texas.

"BLACK WOMEN."

It is clear that Harris County Democratic Party Primary voters trust "BLACK WOMEN" to lead, and are committed to protecting the legacies of our women. While Judge Sharon Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, is an African American female, voting for her because of her mother's legacy on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, would be a huge mistake. That said, we are strongly encouraging African American women in Harris County, Texas, to encourage your family, friends, neighbors, and acquaintances to cast their vote for Board Certified Attorney Melanie Miles.

- ENDORSEMENT -

On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Democrats should cast their vote for former Houston Mayor Annise Parker over Former Councilwoman Letitia Plummer. Also, "BLACK VOTERS," should support Parker because, as a former Mayor, City Controller, and Councilwoman, Annise Parker has the relevant experience that's needed to bring respectability, and "FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY," back to Harris County, Texas, if she becomes the next Harris County Judge.

- ENDORSEMENT -

On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Republicans should cast their vote for the former Harris County Treasurer, Orlando Sanchez, who also served as the At-Large City of Houston Councilman for Position 3. With an emphasis on Lowering Property Taxes, Reducing Crime, and stopping Future Floods, we believe that Sanchez would make a great Harris County Judge by "RESTORING ORDER" and bringing sensibility back to the position of Harris County Judge.
