Al Green is Leading the CD-18 Democratic Primary Race; Melanie Miles is Leading the JP 7, Place 2, Democratic Primary Race

Former Judge Maria T. Jackson is a part of "OUR FAMILY," and she needs your support. Board Certified Attorney Melanie Miles (far left) is leading the Harris County Justice of the Peace Precinct 7, Place 2, Democratic Party Primary race over Judge Sharon Burney (top second from left), and Markia Bordeaux (bottom second from left), according to research conducted by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. Congressman Al Green (far right) is leading the "CD-18" Democratic Party Primary race in the Harris County, Texas, portion of the race, over Amanda Edwards (top third from right), Congressman Christian Menefee (top second from right), and Gretchen Brown. Still, the "BALLOT BY MAIL" voter turnout is abysmal through Sunday, February 8, 2026, in Harris County, Texas.

Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor, the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper, and Ground Game Magazine, will host a special radio edition of Ground Game Magazine broadcast on (Thursday, February 12, 2026), on "KCOH RADIO," along with TV Commentator, Attorney Nyanza Moore, to discuss this matter, and other issues pressing the "BLACK COMMUNITY," and Harris County, Texas, heading into the 2026 Midterm Elections.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Black voters should not believe the polling data that's going to get peddled to our community during the 2026 Midterm Election cycle. Why not? Remember that poll released last year showing Amanda Edwards leading the field of CD-18 candidates, including Christian Menefee and Jolanda Jones? Well, Amand Edwards paid the company (Brilliant Corners Research & Strategies) that produced the survey $84,200.00, but did not tell the Black community that she was paying them. Amanda Edwards gave Brillian Corners Research & Strategies $39,800.00 on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. And Amanda's Campaign gave Brilliant Corners Research & Strategies $44,400.00 on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, according to our research.

"ABOUT THE POLL."

The Brilliant Corners Research & Strategies survey, which Amanda Edwards's Campaign peddled to the "BLACK COMMUNITY," showing her in the lead, was conducted July 20–23 among 500 likely voters, and showed Edwards ahead of Jolanda Jones, Christian Menefee, and Isaiah Martin, with 36% of respondents still undecided, at the time that the poll was conducted. Please take note that the poll was conducted from July 20, 2025, through July 23, 2025, and Amanda Edwards's Campaign paid Brilliant Corners Research & Strategies $44,400.00 on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.

As the start of "EARLY VOTING" approaches on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, our research indicates that Congressman Al Green leads the Democratic Party Primary race in the 18th Congressional District.

"MILES LEADS"

As of Monday, February 9, 2026, there have only been (7) absentee mail ballots cast by voters who live inside the boundaries of "JP 7, PLACE 2," according to our research. - KCOH COMMERCIAL -

Judge Germaine Tanner is part of "OUR FAMILY." Judge Tanner must be protected, supported, and re-elected on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the General Midterm Election race for the 311th Family District Court in Harris County, Texas.

- KCOH COMMERCIAL -

Judge Damiane "Dianne" Curvey is part of "OUR FAMILY." Judge Curvey must be protected, supported, and re-elected on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the General Midterm Election race for the 280th Family Protective Order Court in Harris County, Texas.

- KCOH COMMERCIAL -

Former Judge Jeralynn Manor's name won't be on the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, or Tuesday, November 3, 2026, ballots in Harris County, Texas. However, you can rest assured that Jeralynn is not done with politics. That said, if you need a "GREAT ATTORNEY," I strongly encourage you to reach out to "THE MANOR LAW FIRM, P.C.," by calling (346) 776-2667, that's -- (346) 77MANOR, and tell her that I told you about her practice.

- MELANIE'S PLAN -

When Attorney Melanie Miles defeats Judge Sharon Burney, she plans to implement her plan to "RESTORE CREDIBILITY" to the Precinct 7, Place 2, bench in Harris County, Texas.

➤ MELANIE PLANS to bring essential legal aid and housing assistance directly into the Harris County Justice of the Peace Precinct 7, Place 2, as one of her first orders of business.

➤ MELANIE PLANS to do away with Judge Sharon Burney's practice of stacking cases, and only allowing people who come before the bench 90-second hearings.

➤ MELANIE PLANS to create a community-focused courtroom that treats every person who enters the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 2, court, with dignity and respect.

➤ MELANIE PLANS to increase transparency, accountability, and efficiency in every aspect of court operations in the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 2, court.

➤ MELANIE PLANS to build strong partnerships to connect residents and community stakeholders with resources that re-establish stability prior to their case coming before the court.

- KCOH COMMERCIAL -

Former Judge Jeralynn Manor was a great judge while serving on the bench. But before becoming a "GREAT JUDGE," she was a solid attorney. Call (346) 776-2667 — that's (346) 77MANOR — now for a free consultation to discuss your legal case or concern. The Manor Law Firm, P.C., in Texas, is here to walk you through the process, answer any lingering questions you may have, and help you evaluate potential legal avenues to solve your problem.
