Judge Natalia "Nata" Cornelio (left), the presiding judge for the 351st Criminal District Court, was hand-picked by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis to challenge Judge George Powell, an African American man, back during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary. On Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Commissioner Rodney Ellis's plan to help the "HISPANIC FEMALE" defeat the "BLACK MALE" worked, when Natalio Cornelio received 158,098 votes, for 63.8% of the vote, and Judge George Powell received only 89,633 votes, for 36.2%.
"ELLIS'S TRANSACTIONS."
Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, over the years, has used his vast warchest, which today stands at $7,783,681.00, to position himself and other people close to him, for survival after Hispanics seize control of Texas. For instance, while "BLACK WOMEN" have struggled to raise money for their re-election bids, Commissioner Rodney Ellis has been using his vast resources to help "HISPANIC WOMEN" rise to power in local County Government, right under our noses. As proof, please see the two transactions between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and Harris County Commissioner Leslie Briones.

- EXHIBIT A -
On Wednesday, November 2, 2022, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis loaned Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo $100,000.00 to help her win her re-election bid against her Republican challenger, Alex Mealer. Ellis's plan worked. As a refresher, as Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo received 552,903 votes, for 50.8%, and Alex Mealer received only 534,720 votes, for 49.2%, in the race for County Judge.

- EXHIBIT B -
On Thursday, October 6, 2022, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis loaned Harris County Commissioner Lesley Briones $100,000.00 to help her unseat Republican Harris County Commissioner R. Jack Cagle in the 2022 Midterm Election. Yes. Ellis's plan worked. As a refresher, as Lesley Briones received 122,644 votes, for 51.7%, and Commissioner R. Jack Cagle received only 114,718 votes, for 48.3%, in the race for County Commissioner for Precinct 3, in Harris County, Texas.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”
It's going to be interesting to see if Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis will make any loans to local "BLACK FEMALES" whose campaigns are struggling to raise money during these difficult times. It is unclear if Harris County Commissioner is going to donate money to the newly elected Harris County Democratic Party Chairman, Traci A. Gibson's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," to help downballot Democrats win their elections on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in Harris County, Texas.

Mike Doyle worked to sabotage the campaigns of "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" when he served as chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, with the help of a handful of African Americans. Mike Doyle even took $110,000.00 that was donated to the Harris County Democratic Party by "BLACK FEMALES," and sent their hard-earned money over to his friends at the Utah Democratic Party. As Mike Doyle and others conspired to sabotage the campaigns of "BLACK WOMEN" in Harris County, Texas, in 2022 and 2024, Lieutenant Colonel DaSean Jones, who was serving as the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court, and I, Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor, were two of the men who pushed back against him. Even today, "WEAK BLACK MEN," like Councilman Edward Pollard (District J), and John Humphries, the Financial Secretary for the Houston Black American Democrats (H-BAD), appear to be covertly conspiring with Mike Doyle, and other Dinos "Democrats in Name Only," to sabotage the fundraising efforts of Traci A. Gibson, the newly elected Chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party.
"PEOPLE TO WATCH."
If you look at the list below, you will see that Councilman Edward Pollard and John Humphries, the financial Secretary for the Houston Black American Democrats (H-BAD), are founding members of "The KICK Enterprise Club PAC," which, according to sources, has hatched a plan to sabatage Traci A Gibson's ability to raise money for her "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," when she takes over as Chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party.

- TWO TRANSACTIONS -
Diane Lewis, the chairman of the Utah Democratic Party, and Mike Doyle, the now-defeated Harris County Democratic Party Chairman, were very good friends back during the 2024 Presidential Election cycle. For the record, on 10/11/2024, Mike Doyle took $100,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC), which stands for County Executive Committee. After giving Diane Lewis $100K on Friday, October 11, 2024, Mike Doyle turned around a few days later, on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, and gave his friend, Diane Lewis, the chairman of the Utah Democratic Party, another $10,000.00 out of the (CEC) bank account.

Subject: Special Election - May 3, 2025
Mike:
I am writing to formally request that my name, image, and likeness not be used for fundraising purposes by the Harris County Democratic Party. This decision reflects my concerns regarding the lack of tangible support provided to my campaign, particularly in addressing the financial burdens resulting from the election lawsuit.
If you recall, the meeting with Hon. Audrie Lawton, who was dismissive and disrespectful regarding my absence due to mandated federal military duty, resulted in no meaningful progress. Efforts to strategize for increased donations to my campaign yielded only $250, which was identified to be submitted by my longtime friend. Please take notice, I have unique experience as an Army Brigade planner, planning combat missions in Iraq with multiple assets and multi-million dollar budgets. For this reason, it is incredibly difficult to have faith in any proposed plan that doesn't have clear: (1) objectives, (2) structure, (3) messaging, (4) communication, (5) allocation of assets/money.
Despite prior indications that the party would assist in garnering donations to offset these significant costs—costs that disproportionately affected African American judges, including myself—the proposed financial support was minimal. These lawsuits, which arose from administrative mishaps tied to party members through the election administrator, carried significant implications for all Democrats. However, meaningful financial or strategic assistance from both the Harris County Democratic Party and the Texas Democratic Party has been absent.
This matter which is pivotal to this region's future of democracy began on or about 2022. Yet, two (2) years later, there is a lack of actionable support that further underscores the party’s inaction in combating the Republican media narrative (created years prior) during the immediate past elections. Since 2022, suggestions for a coordinated counter-narrative have been ignored, leaving individual candidates to fight an entire political party. More recently, this oversight resulted in the defeat of several well-qualified, incumbent judges, many of whom were targeted due to their ethnic names, an issue well-known since November 2022.
Noticeably, contributions by individuals such as Jeralynn Manor and Fredricka Phillips, who donated significantly to the party, did not result in equitable support or special treatment. This stands in stark contrast to other favored candidates who contributed far less financially, yet appeared to receive more robust assistance and exposure.
As someone who was fortunate to return from two tours in Iraq, this situation reminds me of mission briefings before conducting combat missions, where no matter the mission a stark statement was made, “no one is coming to save you.” In those moments, I had the confidence that my brothers in arms would step up if needed. Unfortunately, in this scenario, I accept the truth as it has been demonstrated, I will be on my own.
While I am requesting that my name, image, and likeness not be used for fundraising at this time, this decision may be revisited. I am open to sitting down and agreeing to specific terms and transparent reporting regarding how the funds will be allocated. Specifically, I request that all proceeds (notated as “HCDP”) or no less than one-third of the funds raised be directly allocated to my campaign. Contributions can be made by texting “DaSean” to 801801.
Without these assurances, I cannot support or condone the use of my name, image, and likeness for any proposed fundraising efforts because there is no Party plan. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss this matter further and reach a mutually beneficial resolution.
Very respectfully,

J. Allen Provost is pictured above with the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, the longest serving member of "THE OLD" 18th Congressional District of Texas. If you watch closely, you will see that strong "ALPHA MALES" like J. Allen Provost are not fully embraced by people like Mike Doyle, who favors "BETA MALES," like Christian Menefee, and others who are more submissive.
"MEET ALLEN PROVOST."
For many decades, J. Allen Provost has been a picture of strength, courage, and tenacity in Harris County politics. Allen is a true leader and trailblazer with extensive experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation. However, his outspokenness and willingness to speak truth to power have caused weaker men to work against him.
"ALLEN'S BACKGROUND."
For those who don't know, J. Allen Provost is the former president and vice president of the North Forest Independent School District board of education, according to published reports. He is also a former board member of the Northeast YMCA and a former member of the Tri-County Black Chamber of Commerce. His work in the community has been recognized by former Houston mayors, including the late Bill White, Sylvester Turner, and Annise Parker. He is a life member of the NAACP and served as the NAACP Economic Committee chairman. J. Allen Provost holds a master’s degree from Texas Southern University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and should be called upon by Traci A. Gibson's administration as a consultant.

Judge Damiane "Dianne" Curvey, the presiding judge for the 280th Family District Court, is our "ENDORSED CANDIDATE" on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the General Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas. That said, we are strongly encouraging our "INDEPENDENT AND DEMOCRATIC" readers of Houston Business Connection Newspaper©, and Ground Game Magazine on KCOH 1230 listeners, to support our endorsed judicial candidates. Judge Dianne Curvey is the clear "FRONTRUNNER" in the race for the 280th Family Protective Order District Court. She ran unopposed on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the Democratic Party Primary. Still, Judge Curvey received 293,267 votes, for 100% of the vote, while her Republican opponent, named Rose Cardenas, was also running unopposed, but only received 147,915 votes, for 100%, in the Republican Party Primary.

Here's the Proof that Mike Doyle Took $110K Out of the CEC and gave it to his Friends in the Utah Democratic Party
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
In this report, I have published compelling information exposing Mike Doyle and how he worked to sabotage the campaigns of "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" when he served as chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, with the help of a handful of African Americans.
Mike Doyle took $110,000.00, which was donated to the Harris County Democratic Party by "BLACK FEMALES," and sent their hard-earned money over to his friends at the Utah Democratic Party.
Taylor, were two of the men pushed back against him.
Mike Doyle and a small group of (DINOs), which means "Democrats in Name Only," appear to be conspiring together in an effort to remove more "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" from their judicial positions in the upcoming Tuesday, November 3, 2026, General Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas, based on my investigative team's initial inquiry into a tip we received a few days ago.
Working against "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" is nothing new for Mike Doyle, who is largely responsible for the recent losses that "BLACK JUDICIAL CANDIDATES" have suffered in recent Harris County, Texas general elections.
"FRIDAY, OCT. 11TH."
On Friday, October 11, 2024, Mike Doyle, who was serving as the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, took $100,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) bank account and sent it to his friend, Diane Lewis, who was serving as the chairman of the Utah Democratic Party, instead of using the money to help local Democrats, who gave him the money.
"TUESDAY, OCT. 15TH."
On Tuesday, October 15, 2024, Mike Doyle, who was serving as the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, took $10,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) bank account and sent it to his friend, Diane Lewis, who was serving as the chairman of the Utah Democratic Party, instead of using the money to help local Democrats, who gave him the money.
"NEW STRATEGY."
It appears that the strategy to remove "BLACK JUDGES" from local judicial benches has pivoted from using their "ETHNIC SOUNDING" name to identify them at the ballot box, to hampering the newly elected Harris County Democratic Party Chairman's ability to raise money to help them.
In reality, "BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" face different challenges than other local Democratic judges when their names appear on the ballot. If you remember, back during the last "MIDTERM ELECTION," the only down-ballot Democratic candidates running countywide, who lost, were African Americans.
Mike Doyle got defeated fair and square, and now he and his cohorts appear to have launched a scheme to make it difficult for Traci A. Gibson to raise money when she takes over the reins of the Harris County Democratic Party in a few weeks.
"FOUNDING MEMBERS."
According to the information that I have reviewed, “THE KICK ENTERPRISE CLUB” held its first meeting back on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 1:00 A.M. through 2:00 P.M., via a video call link, where potential members were also given a number to call, along with a PIN.
The number of potential members received is (267)415-1659, and the PIN was 505710158#, according to the documents I have reviewed.
It is unclear at this point if “THE KICK ENTERPRISE CLUB” has already started to work against the efforts of Democratic Chairman Elect, Traci A. Gibson, but Mike Doyle, the recently defeated Democratic Party Chairman, is a “KEY PLAYER,” along with other influential Democrats like Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner Lesley Briones, and Houston City Councilman Ed Pollard.
It appears that John Humphries, the financial secretary for the Houston Black American Democrats (H-BAD), is also involved with “THE KICK ENTERPRISE CLUB,” which is allegedly, according to a longtime Democrat, familiar with this group, planning to undermine the efforts of Traci A. Gibson by making it difficult for her to raise money.
A few of the “FOUNDING MEMBERS” of this new Organization are listed below for African American stakeholders and other pastoral, civic, and community leaders to review.

“TROUBLE AHEAD.”
Democrats already have a serious “RACE RELATIONS PROBLEM” forming at the statewide level, with what unfolded in their recently held race for the United States Senate between State Rep. James Talarico and Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett.
Now, a more pressing issue is unfolding in Harris County, Texas, where Traci Gibson, a duly elected African American female, is facing serious headwinds and upheaval after unseating Mike Doyle, the white male, by a two-to-one margin of victory back on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the Democratic Party Primary.
As a refresher, Traci A. Gibson received 207,963 votes, for 66.80% of the vote, and Mike Doyle received 103,350 votes, for 33.20%. Yes, you heard me right!
In her history-making victory, Traci A Gibson defeated Mike Doyle, the sitting Harris County Democratic Party Chairman, by an astonishing 104,613 votes. As things continue to unfold, we will continue to monitor this situation.
