Judge Nathan J. Milliron (Republican), the presiding judge for the 215th Civil District Court, has given the Harris County Republican Party a proverbial black eye heading into their battle against the Harris County Democratic Party on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, the General Midterm Election. That said, former Treasurer Orlando Sanchez, who is embroiled in a runoff election against Warren Howell, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, is highly respected by African Americans and could be a driving force behind rebranding the (GOP) as the "Greater Opportuity Party," if he's on the ballot as the nominee in the race for Harris County Judge. As for Judge Peyton Peebles and Former District Clerk Chris Daniel, they are both highly respected by many African Americans, and must not be viewed in the same light as Judge Nathan Milliron, who appears to have "RACIST TENDENCIES," based on his recent antics.
“MILLIRON MUST GO.”
Judge Nathan Milliron appears to be stuck in the 1960s, when people like him wore "WHITE SHEETS" over their heads, and terrorized "BLACK PEOPLE," with complete impunity. Listen. Just recently, the Mississippi Department of Safety uncovered rare Ku Klux Klan artifacts in one of its offices, which offers America a unique glimpse into how violent "WHITE SEPREMACIST GROUPS" were, and how they were allowed to operate in secrecy under the cover of government officials and members of law enforcement, back during the old days. That said, this is a new day, and we must endeavor to identify every downballot candidate, from both sides of the political aisle, who shares Judge Nathan Milliron's disdain for people of color, and defeat them on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the General Midterm Election, in our beloved State of Texas.

Former Harris County Treasurer Orlando Sanchez is highly respected in the "BLACK COMMUNITY" and is a unifier who could act as a surrogate for the (GOP) "Greater Opportunity Party," if he's nominated in the runoff race for Harris County Judge on Tuesday. May 26, 2026. That said, Orlando Sanchez will be much more appealing to "INDEPENDENT VOTERS" than Warren Howell, in this current political climate where people like Judge Nathan Milliron are disrespecting people of color and hurting "THE GOP" brand as the political party of opportunity for ethnic minorities.

Judge Peyton Peebles was appointed to the 497th Criminal District Court bench by Governor Greg Abbott in January of 2025. Since taking the bench, Judge Peebles has served the people of Harris County, Texas, honorably and has treated attorneys, prosecutors, and defendants who enter his courtroom with dignity and respect. That said, Judge Peyton Peebles, the presiding judge for the 497th Criminal District Court, isn't anything like Judge Nathan Milliron, the presiding judge for the 215th Civil District Court, who appears to be disrespecting and berating people of color and hurting "THE GOP" brand as the political party of opportunity for ethnic minorities.

Chis is nothing like Judge Milliron and is a conservative who can be trusted to treat everybody fairly, regardless of their ethnicity, if he's elected on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the race for District Clerk.

- BAD (GOP) JUDGE -
Judge Nathan Milliron, the presiding judge for the 215th Civil District Court, has given the Harris County Republican Party a proverbial black eye. His treatment of "ETHNIC MINORITIES" is reprehensible and disgusting. That said, it is clear that Judge Nathan Milliron is throwing people of color out of his courtroom, in a feeble attempt to make a name for himself and increase his persona as a tough judge. Still, his plan has backfired and could hurt every downballot candidate running as a Republican if he does not resign and apologize for his potentially racist antics.

Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor (me) is strongly encouraging the readers of Houston Business Connections Newspaper© and GROUND GAME MAGAZINE© on KCOH 1230, "The Source" listeners to join me in making sure that we weed out "BAD JUDGES," and judicial candidates in Harris County, Texas, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in Harris County, Texas. Below is an "OPINION EDITORIAL" we received from a loyal reader.
Opinion | When Standards Are Clear but Responses Vary
In Harris County, judicial elections can turn on narrow margins. Nathan J. Milliron assumed the bench after defeating Elaine Palmer by just over 300 votes—an outcome that reflects how closely divided some races can be. Comparable elections, including those involving DaSean Jones, have in recent cycles drawn greater scrutiny, including litigation and public debate, even where margins were not necessarily smaller. Notably, Judge Jones’ margin was not as slim as this one, yet it received more sustained attention. That contrast does not affect the validity of any result, but it does illustrate how similarly situated outcomes can generate different levels of response.
The current discussion, however, centers less on the election and more on courtroom conduct.
The following publicly available recordings have become part of that discussion:
In these clips, viewers can observe a range of interactions: a more seasoned attorney being questioned under a firm and at times elevated tone; an individual assisting with courtroom technology appearing to be admonished while attempting to resolve an issue; and a separate exchange in which a female attorney appears to have limited opportunity to fully present her position. Across these moments, the use of directives such as “get out of my courtroom” has been noted by observers.
Each of these recordings reflects a specific moment in time and does not capture the full procedural context in which the interactions occurred. Nevertheless, they have prompted discussion within the legal community regarding judicial demeanor and its relationship to Canon 3 of the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct, which requires patience, dignity, courtesy, and impartiality.
There are also unverified accounts circulating among practitioners alleging that a lawyer was told he should not be practicing law. As with any such allegation, a formal evaluation would be required to determine its accuracy and significance.
Harris County has, in recent years, seen the mechanisms of judicial oversight applied in other contexts. In 2022, Darrell Jordan was publicly admonished by the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct for conduct found inconsistent with Canon 3. In 2020, Ursula Hall was publicly warned for failure to timely rule on motions, a decision that was later reviewed and reversed, illustrating both enforcement and correction within the system.
“JUDICIAL SLATE.”
As of today, Harris County Democratic Party voters have made it clear that they trust “BLACK WOMEN” to lead. In fact, Democratic voters overwhelmingly selected Traci A. Gibson, an African American female, over Mike Doyle to lead their party into battle on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, against their Republican counterparts.
"HISTORIC FIELD."
The Harris County Democratic Party is in the process of assembling the strongest field of African American judicial nominees ever assembled in American history. Below is a list of the (26) twenty-six African American females and two African American males who have already punched their ticket to the Tuesday, November 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary General Election.

Still, Judge Curvey received 293,267 votes, for 100% of the vote, while her Republican opponent, named Rose Cardenas, was also running unopposed, but only received 147,915 votes, for 100%, in the Republican Party Primary.
