Nyanza Moore, Travis McGee, and Charles "Chuck" Marler Were Special Guests; Ground Game Magazine Radio is Here

In case you haven't heard, Ground-Game Magazine© "POLITICAL TALK SHOW" is one of the hottest new talk shows to hit Texas in decades. Hosted by Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor and moderated by Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper, the Thursday, January 15, 2025, "TWO-HOUR" broadcast featured award-winning TV Personality, Attorney Nyanza Moore, Community Activist Travis McGee, and former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler, as special guests.

Community Activist Travis McGee made a special guest appearance on "GROUND GAME MAGAZINE" to discuss the large number of "BLACK MEN" who are being found dead, floating in the Houston Bayous, and nobody seems to be able to explain why.

Community Activist Travis McGee made a special guest appearance on "GROUND GAME MAGAZINE" to discuss how the City of Houston could tap into "FEDERAL DOLLARS" to deal with some of the flooding issues we are repeatedly experiencing in the Bayou City.

Attorney Nyanza Moore made a special guest appearance on "GROUND GAME MAGAZINE" to discuss how Judge Sharon Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, is being mean and cruel to her constituents who are coming before her.

Attorney Nyanza Moore and Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor are in agreement that Judge Sharon Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, does not show up to work to conduct "COURT DOCUMENTS" on Mondays. It has now been discovered that Judge Sharon Burney is not filing her campaign finance reports accurately or on time.

Instead of Judge Sharon Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, agreeing to debate Attorney Melanie Miles, she appears to be hiding behind people like Gerald Womack and his surrogates, who are "UNJUSTLY ATTACKING" Attorney Melanie Miles.

Former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles Marler, Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor, and Hall of Fame KCOH Radio Broadcaster Ralph Cooper on the set of the Thursday, January 15, 2026, "TWO-HOUR" broadcast of "GROUND-GAME MAGAZINE," one of the hottest new talk shows to hit Texas in decades. Call (281)788-3033 to discuss your inclusion in a future broadcast.

Community Activist Travis McGee joined Investigative Reporter Travis McGee inside the KCOH Radio Studio on Thursday, January 15, 2026. During this special "TWO-HOUR" broadcast, Travis McGee discussed the topic of Black men making up the majority of the "DEAD BODIES" being found floating in the Houston bayous.

Attorney Nyanza Moore can be seen regularly on "WHAT'S YOUR POINT," hosted by Greg Groogan, on FOX 26 Houston. However, on Thursday, January 15, 2026, Nyanza made a guest appearance on a special "TWO-HOUR," broadcast of "GROUND-GAME MAGAZINE" to discuss the topic of Judge Sharon Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, and her treatment of her constituents, among other things.

Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor takes a moment to talk about "SYLVIA THOMAS" during the special "TWO-HOUR" broadcast of "GROUND GAME MAGAZINE" on KCOH Radio with former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler."

Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor shares his thoughts about how "SYLVIA THOMAS" had her identity stolen during the special two-hour broadcast of "GROUND GAME MAGAZINE" on KCOH Radio with former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler."

Sylvia Encalade Thomas is now deceased. Nearly 30 years ago, Sylvia lived in Harris County, Texas, but moved to New Orleans, Louisiana. When she was interviewed by our "CHIEF INVESTIGATOR," Charles "Chuck" Marler, she told him that she had not lived in Houston, Texas, in over 20 years, and had not applied for a "BALLOT-BY-MAIL" to vote in the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. That said, Sylvia Encalade Thomas died on Saturday, July 22, 2023, but her "VOTER REGISTRATION" was somehow renewed a few days ago (Thursday, January 1, 2026), making her eligible to vote in Harris County, Texas, elections through Friday, December 31, 2027. Remember, Gloria Palmer and her cohorts were hired by Gerald Womack to obtain mail ballots for local politicians for decades.

Gloria Palmer (now deceased) is the person who hired assistants to help her facilitate her "CRIMINAL MAIL BALLOT OPERATION," after she was hired by Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors. The document you see above contains the "FORGED SIGNATURE" of Sylvia Thomas (now deceased), who had not lived in Harris County, Texas, for over 20 years, at the time her identity was stolen.

If you look closely at the "FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT" above, you will notice that there is "NO PHONE NUMBER" attached to absentee mail ballot application that was sent through the United States Postal Service, after Sylvia Thomas's identity was allegedly stolen by Gloria Palmer, which she was on assignment working for Gerald Womack during the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary.

Gerald Womack has allegedly been running a criminal mail ballot harvesting operation from his Womack Development & Investment Realors headquarters for decades. Gloria Palmer (now deceased), is the alleged "BALLOT HARVESTER," who stole the identities of "DEAD BLACK VOTERS," and then used their stolen identities to request fraudulently obtained absentee mail ballot applications. Below you will find evidence proving that the United States Postal Service was used to carry out the criminal acts funded at the direction of Gerald Womack during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary in Harris County, Texas.

United States, 347 U.S. 1, 8 (1954) ("The elements of the offense of mail fraud under . . . § 1341 are (1) a scheme to defraud, and (2) the mailing of a letter, etc., for the purpose of executing the scheme."); Laura A. Eilers & Harvey B. Silikovitz, Mail and Wire Fraud, 31 Am. Crim. L. Rev. 703, 704 (1994) (cases cited).

Gloria Palmer (now deceased) used the "CARRIER ENVELOPE" above to mail fraudulent documents containing forged signatures through the United States Postal Service, which is a federal crime carrying a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in federal prison, fines, and victim restitution.

- VIEW DOCUMENTS -

Gloria Palmer (now deceased) is the person who paid the postage to mail the "FRAUDULENT" absentee mail ballot applications through the United States Postal Service. The document above is a close-up of the USPS Tracking Number attached to the fraudulent transaction. At the time of this "CRIMINAL ACT," Gloria Palmer was working for Gerald Womack in connection with Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign.

Gloria Palmer (now deceased) is the person who sent the fraudulent document containing forged documents through the United States Postal Service, which was received by Diane Trautman on February 10, 2020, at 2:12 p.m., according to the time stamp above.

- CRIMINAL ACTIVITY -

As you can see above, Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development and Investment Realtors, was involved in "CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES" as far back as the 1980's. However, Womack's "UNSCRUPOLOUS" criminality is far broader than writing a few "HOT CHECKS." Womack is the mastermind behind an elaborate absentee mail ballot harvesting ring that has operated with impunity for decades in the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

"UNSCRUPULOUS DUDE."

Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, located at 4412 Almeda Road, in Houston's historic Third Ward, is an "UNSCRUPULOUS DUDE," who has many local elected officials in his pocket. Can we prove this assertion? Yes. But that's a story for another day. Anyways, right now, Gerald Womack is seeking to influence the outcome of the "CD-18 RUNOFF" election between Christian Menefee and Amanda Edwards, scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026. Womack is also interfering with the Democratic Party Primary race for Justice of the Peace Precinct 7, Place 2, between Judge Sharon Burney, Attorney Melanie Miles, and Attorney Markia Bordeaux, which is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in Harris County, Texas.

"THOMAS. FISHER. PALMER."

On Thursday, January 1, 2026, the voter registrations of three "DEAD DEMOCRATIC VOTERS," with direct ties to Gerald Womack's "BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATION," got renewed, to make all three of the dead women eligible to vote through Friday, December 31, 2027. How did this happen? Who renewed the voter registrations for these three dead Black women?

Gloria Blake Palmer died on Friday, October 31, 2025. However, if you look closely at her voter registration information above, someone renewed Gloria Palmer's voter registration on Thursday, January 1, 2026, and has made this "DEAD BLACK WOMAN" eligible to vote through Friday, December 31, 2027. Remember, Gloria Palmer is the woman whom Gerald Womack hired, for decades, to assist candidates collecting illegally harvested "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS" in Harris County, Texas. To this end, Gloria Palmer was also a convicted prostitute and forger, who stole the identities of countless "DEAD BLACK VOTERS," and requested fraudulent mail ballot applications in their name, using the United States Postal Service, which was a Federal Crime.

Sheree Harris Fisher died on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. However, if you look closely at her voter registration information above, someone renewed Sheree Harris Fisher's voter registration on Thursday, January 1, 2026, and has made this "DEAD BLACK WOMAN" eligible to vote through Friday, December 31, 2027. If you don't know her, Sheree Harris Fisher worked in Gerald Womack's Office at 4412 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas 77004. Sheree was contacted by three Federal FBI Agents at her home around 9:00 p.m., shortly following the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary. During this encounter, Sheree Harris Fisher, allegedly, by her account, allowed the (FBI AGENTS) to view her phone and work log. Shortly thereafter, Sheree Harris Fisher began secretly working with the Aubrey R. Taylor Communications investigative team and gave us valuable insight into the inner workings of Gerald Womack's "CRIMINAL BALLOT HARVESTING" operation.

Gloria Palmer died on Friday, October 31, 2025, but for decades, she collected and harvested "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS" for local candidates, and was the ring-leader in Gerald Womack's alleged "CRIMINAL BALLOT HARVESTING" operation. As you can see above, Attorney General Ken Paxton's Office opened a criminal investigation into "GLORIA PALMER" after sending the case to former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, who opened a criminal investigation, and then allegedly let the statute of limitations run out.

- TRUTH TELLER -

Attorney Melanie Miles has fully exposed Judge Sharon Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, as someone who does not have the best interests of her constituents in mind. Melanie's claim that Judge Burney does not show up to work on Mondays has been investigated by Attorney Nyanza Moore and the Aubrey R. Taylor Communications Investigative Team.

- THE BEST CHOICE -

Attorney Melanie Miles is the best person to fill the void left after the death of the Honorable Zinetta Burney, whom we all loved and admired. In reality, Judge Sharon Burney seems to be a good person, but she does not possess the work ethic and heart for the people of "PRECINCT SEVEN" that her late mother had for her constituents.

- BURNEY MUST GO -

Attorney Nyanza Moore did a solid job of reporting the facts and exposing Judge Sharon Burney for failing to show up for work on Mondays. If you look at the "SCREENSHOTS BELOW," you will get a better understanding of why Attorney Melanie Miles and Attorney Nyanza Moore can see with complete confidence that Judge Sharon Burney is a judge who must be replaced.

Congressman Al Green and Attorney Nyanza Moore are to power players. Early voting for the Saturday, January 31, 2026, "CD-18 RUNOFF," between Christan DaShaun Menefee and Amanda Edwards, will begin on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, and end on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and will be run under the "OLD CD-18 MAP." However, a few weeks later, on "SUPER TUESDAY," when Congressman Al Green faces off against Amanda, Christian, and Gretchen Brown in the Democratic Party Primary, their race will be run under the newly drawn 2026 Republican (TRUMP) redistricted maps. Early voting for the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary will run from Tuesday, February 17, 2026, to Friday, February 27, 2026, in Texas.

Christian Menefee and Judge Sharon Burney Have Strong Ties to Gerald Womack

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

From the way things appear, Christian Menefee and Judge Sharon Burney both appear to be part of Gerald Womack's political regime. However, it is unclear if Gerald Womack plans to run his elaborate "BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATION" during this turbulent political climate. Even still, Christian Menefee must be rejected by Harris County Democratic Party Primary voters on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in the "CD-18 RUNOFF ELECTION," and Christian must be rejected again on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the Democratic Party Primary.

As for Judge Sharon Burney, her ties to Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development and Investment Realtors, have proven golden over the years, but she must be fired on "SUPER TUESDAY," and replaced with Attorney Melanie Miles, who promises to show up for work, and do right by "PRECINCT SEVEN" constituents, if she's elected on Tuesday, March 3, 2026/

“BURNEY MUST GO.”

There’s a beef brewing between Judge Sharon Burney’s Campaign and the Campaign Team for Attorney Melanie Miles over whether Judge Burney shows up to work.

Why does this matter?

The Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 1, is Judge Wanda Adam, a Democrat, who has performed excellently since she assumed the bench from Judge Jeremy Brown in the 2024 Democratic Party Primary.

As for Judge Sharon Burney, who inherited the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 2, bench, based on the love and admiration “PRECINCT SEVEN” constituents had for her mother, the Honorable Zinetta Burney, the daughter’s judgeship, by most accounts, has turned out to be a failed experiment. Thus, Judge Sharon Burney has proven that she’s nothing like her honorable mother (Judge Zinetta Burney) and now finds herself in the midst of a contested primary against two Democratic challengers.

On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the Democratic Party Primary race for Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 2, Judge Sharon Burney is being challenged by Attorney Melanie Miles and another Democrat named Markia Bordeaux, in a winner-take-all showdown.

Since no Republican is pursuing the Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, bench, whoever wins the Democratic Party Primary on “SUPER TUESDAY,” wins the bench.

If neither candidate wins a majority of the vote, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the “PRECINCT 7, PLACE 2,” race will go to a runoff scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, to decide the winner of the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 2, race.

“UNCOVERING THE TRUTH.”

What we have unfolding in the race for the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 2, is a situation where Judge Burney’s camp is saying one thing, and Attorney Melanie Miles is saying another. And aside from the usual political drama, you now have Preston Middleton, someone whom I respect, calling my client, Melanie Miles, a liar – which doesn’t sit well with me.

A few days ago, Preston Middleton came out in support of Judge Sharon Burney’s campaign and posted an “AI VIDEO,” claiming that Attorney Nyanza Moore was being untruthful and attacking Judge Sharon Burney.

Middleton even went so far as to post an “OFFICIAL STATEMENT,” from Judge Sharon Burney, in an attempt to refute the allegations made by Attorney Nyanza Moore, in “PART ONE,” of a “TWO PART,” investigative video series to prove that Judge Sharon Burney does not show up for work to perform her duties on Mondays.

So, who’s telling the truth?

Based on the “DOCKET SHEETS” my investigative team and I have obtained, it appears that Attorney Nyanza Moore and Attorney Melanie Miles’s assertion that Judge Sharon Burney does not show up for work on Monday is accurate.

If you take a moment to review the “DOCKET SHEETS” for the past 6 months for the Justice of the Peace Precinct 7, Place 2, Court, you will see that Judge Sharon Burney does not show up for work on Mondays.

Yes, Judge Burney does have to preside over the “MENTAL HEALTH DOCKET” on a rotating schedule, with several other JP Courts. However, Judge Burney only performs this duty once a quarter, with her cases starting at 12:00 p.m., as far as I understand.

So, on Monday, January 5, 2026, Judge Burney was indeed scheduled to work the “MENTAL HEALTH DOCUMENT,” and only had four (4) cases to preside over, and only took about an hour to resolve all four cases.

“A MAJOR PROBLEM.”

Based on the court documents, related to evictions in “PRECINCT SEVEN,” which is a predominantly Black Democratic voting stronghold, there’s a distinct difference in the way Precinct 7, Place 1, presided over by Judge Wanda Adams, gets handled, compared to the way Judge Sharon Burney is handling evictions in her Precinct 7, Place 2, courtroom.

Why are so many landlords running to Judge Burney’s courtroom to file their evictions, when Judge Wanda Adams’s courtroom is only a few blocks away?

For the record, Judge Sharon Burney filed 2006 more eviction cases in her Precinct 7, Place 2, courtroom than Judge Wanda Adams filed in her Precinct 7, Place 1, courtroom between Wednesday, January 1, 2025, and Sunday, November 16, 2025, based on the court records we reviewed for this report.

“FINAL THOUGHTS.”

Based on our review of the evidence provided by Attorney Nyanza Moore, it appears that Judge Sharon Burney does not provide assistance to her constituents by working a full schedule. Thus, a reasonable person could conclude that Judge Burney is not serving her “PRECINCT 7” constituents to the best of her ability, and should be voted out of office on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the Democratic Party Primary race for Justice of the Peace Precinct 7, Place 2, in Harris County, Texas.

Shake-Up in 2026 Democratic Party Primary Now Has Judge Beau Miller and Judge Donna Roth Running Uncontested

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

As a refresher, Allison Jackson-Mathis will be removed from the 180th Criminal District Court race, leaving Stephanie Morales running uncontested and set to face off against Judge Tami Pierce, the Republican, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the General Midterm Election. Velda Faulkner is withdrawing from the 190th Civil District Court race, leaving Judge Beau Miller running uncontested and set to face Aaron Adams, the Republican, in November. Angela Reese McKinnon is withdrawing, leaving Judge Donna Roth running unopposed in the race for the 295th Civil District Court, on "SUPER TUESDAY," but facing Greg Travis, the Republican, in November. And in the race for County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, Anna Eady will be removed from the ballot, leaving Carlos Alberto Aguayo running unopposed in the Democratic Party Primary, but set to face off against Judge Leslie R. Johnson, a Republican, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the General Midterm Election.

"KEY MATCHUPS"

On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Judge Christine Weems, Judge Donna Roth, Judge Lauren Reeder, and Judge Beau Miller could suffer the same fate as Judge Engelhart if they don't take their primary challengers seriously. As for former Judge Robert Johnson, former Judge Darrell Jordan, and retired Judge Ramona Franklin, they're all making a comeback on "SUPER TUESDAY," in Harris County, Texas. Early voting will begin on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, and end on Friday, February 27, 2026. But if you can't vote early, "ELECTION DAY": voting will take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, which is Super Tuesday in America.
