The DOJ Should Review the Campaign Finance Report Judge Sharon Burney filed, which Conceals Her Donors

Judge Sharon Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, filed an "ERROR-FILLED" campaign finance report late on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, which contained very serious problems, such as "DONOR CONCEALMENTS" from at least three of her recent fundraisers along with inaccurate information, and "BLATANT OMISSIONS" of key dates, addresses, and violations. Attorney General Ken Paxton had his sights set on "BALLOT HARVESTERS," hired by Gerald Womack a few years ago, and Judge Sharon Burney's concealment of her ACTBLUE Donations could renew AG Paxton's interest in Gerald Womack's alleged criminal enterprise.

"KEY VIOLATIONS."

The Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton could soon be breathing down the necks of Judge Sharon Burney and Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors. That said, if Judge Sharon Burney does not get her "ERROR-FILLED" Campaign Finance Report Filing amended in quick order, she could have an ethics complaint filed against her campaign. In case you don't know, in 2026, candidate contribution reporting in Texas is primarily governed by Title 15 of the Texas Election Code and supplemented by Title 1 of the Texas Administrative Code.

1. Texas Election Code
(Statutory Requirements)

Chapter 254 (Political Reporting): This is the core statute requiring candidates to file reports.
Section 254.001: Mandates that every candidate and officeholder must maintain records of all reportable activity (contributions and expenditures). *Judge Sharon Burney failed to list contributions and several expenditures.

➤ Section 254.031: Defines the general contents of these reports, requiring disclosure of the amount, full name, and address of contributors, and dates of contributions for those exceeding certain aggregate thresholds (e.g., $50 for many filers, adjusted periodically by the TEC). *Judge Sharon Burney failed to disclose the amounts for several expenditures and the amounts of each contribution.

➤ Sections 254.061–254.066: Specify the reporting requirements and deadlines (semiannual and pre-election) specifically for candidates. *Judge Sharon Burney has failed to file the required semi-annual and pre-election reports, as required by law.

➤ Chapter 253 (Restrictions on Contributions): While primarily about restrictions, it establishes the requirement that a candidate must file a Campaign Treasurer Appointment (Form CTA) before accepting any contributions.

- WATCH VIDEO -

Attorney Nyanza Moore explained in the video clip above how Judge Sharon Burney is mean, nasty, and cruel towards people who come before her in the Justice of the Peace Precinct 7, Place 2, courtroom. However, Judge Burney, based on the "ERROR-FILLED" Campaign finance report she filed late, under penalty of perjury, is now in violation of Texas State Law.

- WATCH VIDEO -

Attorney Nyanza Moore is a truth-teller who is very familiar with Judge Sharon Burney and her unwillingness to hold "COURT DOCKETS" on Mondays. However, not holding court dockets is the least of Judge Sharon Burney's problems heading into Super Tuesday. It is unfathomable that Judge Sharon Burney would allow her henchmen to attack Attorney Melanie Miles, and then go out and file an "ERROR-FILLED" Campaign Finance Report, concealing her donors.

Attorney Nyanza Moore has investigated Judge Sharon Burney extensively and has concluded that Judge Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, does not appear to conduct "COURT DOCKETS" on Mondays. As for me, Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor, based on my review of Judge Sharon Burney's most recently filed Campaign Finance Report, she appears to be compromised and concealing her donors from the general public, which is a violation of the law.

The DOJ Should Review the Campaign Finance Report Judge Sharon Burney filed, which Conceals Her Donors

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I don’t know about you, but I am sick and tired of watching former Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee and former Councilwoman Amanda Edwards pretend they are running a campaign against each other.

For full disclosure, back when Amanda Edwards got “MOLLY-WHOPPED” by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee during the 2024 Democratic Party Primary, Amanda’s campaign headquarters was located in a home that Attorney Vivian King, a very close friend and client of Gerald Womack, had renovated into an office duplex.

I bet you can’t guess who Vivian King’s mortgage broker was for her “DUPLEX OFFICE” at 2202 Alabama Street, Houston, Texas 77004, which Amanda Edwards rented out?

Yep. You guessed it – Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, who is backing Christian Menefee, in the “CD-18 RUNOFF” race, where Menefee and Edwarda are play-fighting against one another.

“NO SENSE AT ALL.”

What’s playing out in the “CD-18 RUNOFF” between Christian Menefee and Amanda Edwards doesn’t make any sense, given the amount of money these two have raised.

As of yesterday, only 2,126 in-person votes and 1,895 absentee mail ballot votes have been cast in the “CD-18 RUNOFF,” where there are over 417,000 registered voters, but only 4,021 total votes have been cast so far.

During this “CD-18 FIASCO,” which has stretched on for nearly a year, Christian Menefee has raised $2,223,996.00 from donors who should be outraged by the low voter turnout we’re seeing play out right now.

As for Amanda Edwards, she has turned running for “CD-18” into a business venture. Hell, it’s starting to look like Edwards is on a “MONEY-GRAB,” instead of a mission to defeat Menefee.

If you remember, Amanda Edwards raised over $1.6 million in 2024 when she challenged Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee in the Democratic primary for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. And when you fast-forward to this “CD-18 CYCLE,” Amanda Edwards has raised another $1,740,159.09, which brings her total “CASH HAUL” to over $3.3 million.

So, what do you think? Does Amanda Edwards care if she wins or loses to Christian Menefee on Saturday, January 31, 2026, when they face off against one another?

“JUDGE BURNEY.”

For the life of me, I can’t understand why Judge Sharon Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, would file an error-filled campaign report on Tuesday, January 20, 2025, and conceal her campaign donors.

In 2026, candidate contribution reporting in Texas is primarily governed by Title 15 of the Texas Election Code and supplemented by Title 1 of the Texas Administrative Code.

1. Texas Election Code
(Statutory Requirements)

Chapter 254 (Political Reporting): This is the core statute requiring candidates to file reports.
Section 254.001: Mandates that every candidate and officeholder must maintain records of all reportable activity (contributions and expenditures). Judge Sharon Burney failed to list contributions and several expenditures.

➤ Section 254.031: Defines the general contents of these reports, requiring disclosure of the amount, full name, and address of contributors, and dates of contributions for those exceeding certain aggregate thresholds (e.g., $50 for many filers, adjusted periodically by the TEC). Burney failed to disclose the amounts for several expenditures and the amounts of each contribution.

➤ Sections 254.061–254.066: Specify the reporting requirements and deadlines (semiannual and pre-election) specifically for candidates. Judge Sharon Burney has failed to file the required semi-annual and pre-election reports, as required by law.

➤ Chapter 253 (Restrictions on Contributions): While primarily about restrictions, it establishes the requirement that a candidate must file a Campaign Treasurer Appointment (Form CTA) before accepting any contributions.

"COURT DOCKETS."

So, not only does Judge Sharon Burney not show up for work on Mondays to hold “COURT DOCKETS” and file her campaign finance reports correctly, but she now appears to be defrauding the people of Harris County, Texas.

At this pace, Judge Sharon Burney is going to disgrace her deceased mother, Judge Zinetta Burney, good name, and find herself in handcuffs if she does not get her act together.

What you have to keep in mind, as you read this “SPECIAL REPORT,” is that I am not alleging that Attorney Ben Hall, or the people who hosted the Gumbo Fundraiser, have done anything wrong, but rather Judge Burney, Gerald Womack, and others are up to no good.

Judge Sharon Burney reported on her 1/20/2026 Campaign Finance Report Filing that she received $7,300.00 in donations through ACTBLUE, but failed to disclose the identities of the donors who gave her the money, as she’s required to do by law.

If you remember, Attorney General Ken Paxton made a criminal referral to the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) detailing the results of an investigation that revealed how suspicious actors allegedly used ActBlue’s political fundraising platform to make illegal straw donations a few years ago.

“I have made a criminal referral to the U.S. Department of Justice based on the findings from our investigation into ActBlue. My investigation uncovered evidence showing that bad actors are likely using ActBlue’s platform to make illegal campaign contributions,” said Attorney General Paxton. “It is illegal to engage in election fraud, and it is illegal to obscure one’s identity to flout election rules. The Department of Justice must take immediate action to prevent illegal conduct in our elections,” said Attorney General Ken Paxton.

According to Attorney General Ken Paxton’s press release, “The investigation into ActBlue began in December 2023 following allegations that the company could be facilitating illegal campaign contributions.”

“As a result, in August 2024, ActBlue began requiring donors using credit cards to provide “CVV” codes, a common security measure. That does not prevent all the abuses that Attorney General Paxton’s team has identified on ActBlue, including that straw donations apparently are being made on a large scale using false identities, through untraceable payment methods.”

“OTHER PROBLEMS.”

It’s early in our investigation into Judge Sharon Burney’s alleged concealments using ACTBLUE, but, according to Judge Sharon Burney, a “GUMBO FUNDRAISER” was held in her honor on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

During the aforementioned “GUMBO FUNDRAISER,” Judge Sharon Burney received $4,000.00 in campaign donations from the event. Still, Judge Burney failed to disclose the names of the individual donors, as she’s required to do by law.

Judge Burney also failed to disclose an address, or the name of the entity, or group, that held the “GUMBO FUNDRAISER,” which she is required to do by law.

What is Judge Sharon Burney hiding?

On Friday, November 14, 2025, high-powered Attorney Ben Hall, whom I have the utmost respect for, held a fundraiser at his office (we assume), and donors who attended raised $5,136.00. However, it appears that Judge Sharon Burney failed to list the identities of the donors on her 1/20/2026 Campaign Report Filing, as she’s required to do by law.

Judge Burney also failed to disclose the Hall Law Firm’s address in her 1/20/2026 Campaign Finance Report filing, as she is required to do by law.

“THE CONCEALMENTS.”

It is unclear at this time who all the donors are who contributed $16,500.00 to Judge Sharon Burney’s campaign, because she is concealing their names, which is an “UNLAWFUL ACT” that must be corrected immediately.

“4412 ALMEDA ROAD.”

While combing through Judge Sharon Burney’s 1/20/2026 Campaign Finance Report Filing, my investigative team did not find the name “GERALD WOMACK” mentioned anywhere. However, it appears that Judge Sharon Burney’s Campaign has a strong connection to 4412 Almeda Road, which is the alleged “BALLOT HARVESTING HEADQUARTERS,” run by Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors.

“LINDA BROWN.”

Linda Brown, the owner of Advantage Communications, appears to be using 4412 Almeda Road as her primary address, according to Judge Sharon Burney’s 1/20/2026 Campaign Finance Report Filing, signed under penalty of perjury.

If you remember, back during the 2023 City of Houston Mayoral Election, I went to 4412 Almeda Road to deliver my newspapers to Linda Brown. I got violently attacked by Gerald Womack, who later told police that Linda Brown did not have an office in his building, which was a lie.

According to Judge Sharon Burney’s Campaign Finance Report, Linda Brown gave her campaign a $2,500.00 “IN-KIND DONATION,” categorized as public service.

“PRESTON MIDDLETON.”

It appears that Preston Middleton’s attacks on my client, Melanie Miles, are not those of a private citizen, but rather, an “IN-KIND POLITICAL DONOR” to Judge Sharon Burney’s Campaign.

Coincidentally, the address listed for Preston Middleton is 4412 Almeda, the alleged “BALLOT HARVESTING HEADQUARTERS,” used by Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors.

According to Judge Sharon Burney’s 1/20/2026 Campaign Finance Report Filing, she received a $5,000.00 “IN-KIND CONTRIBUTION” from Preston Middleton, categorized as video services.

“LINDA RAGLAND.”

A woman named Linda Ragland also used Gerald Womack’s alleged “BALLOT HARVESTING HEADQUARTERS,” located at 4412 Almeda, as her primary address.

According to Judge Sharon Burney’s filing, Linda Ragland gave Judge Burney an “IN-KIND CONTRIBUTION” of $2,500.00, categorized as social services.

“RON JACKSON.”

In her Campaign Finance Report Filing, Judge Sharon Burney reported giving JPBE, owned by “POLITICAL CONSULTANT” Ron Jackson, $4,885.00 in advertising expenses, related to the printing of signs for her campaign.

Judge Burney also gave Ron Jackson a $4,500.00 consultation fee check, but did not list the date she wrote it.

“ED KELLEY.”

In case you don’t know Ed Kelley, according to our research, he works for, or serves as a liaison to, State Rep. Alma Allen (HD-131), and was paid $3,000.00 on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

“EVELYN DUPREE.”

We also discovered that Evelyn Dupree, a woman considered one of the most notorious alleged “MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS,” is working on Judge Sharon Burney’s Campaign. It is unclear at this time whether Evelyn Dupree is back to her old ways or doing legitimate campaign work.

On Monday, December 29, 2025, Judge Sharon Burney awarded Evelyn Dupree $2,600.00 for providing consultation services in connection with an MLK Canvass Drive.

AB Canvassing Inc., a company with close ties to Evelyn Dupree, was paid $2,840.00 as an advertising expenditure in connection with a community canvass.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

On Friday, January 23, 2026, Judge Sharon Burney has agreed to make a “GUEST APPEARANCE” on KCOH Radio, to be interviewed by Hall of Fame KCOH Broadcaster Ralph Cooper, at around 6:10 p.m., to set the record straight. It is unclear at this time whether Judge Burney will be asked serious questions about her “ERROR-FILLED” Campaign Finance Report, or whether she will be allowed to continue her campaign of misinformation and lies about my client.

- ELECTION INTEGRITY -

Attorney General Ken Paxton is the "TOP COP" in the State of Texas. AG Paxton is very familiar with Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors. He is also very familiar with Gerald Womack's "CRIMINAL BALLOT HARVESTING" operation. Gloria Palmer, an alleged notorious "BALLOT HARVESTER" whom Womack relied upon for years, but instead of quitting, Womack now appears to be working with Evelyn Dupree and AB Canvassing to do his dirty work.

Judge Sharon Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, is in violation of the law as of Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Judge Sharon Burney has filed an "ERROR-FILLED" campaign finance report under penalty of perjury, in which she concealed the names, addresses, and donation amounts received at two fundraisers she held. Judge Burney also concealed the donors who donated money to her campaign through "ACTBLUE" from the general public and her two Democratic Party Primary challengers.

- FILED REPORT LATE -

Attorney Markia Bordeaux, a Democratic candidate running for Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, has filed her campaign finance report. Her report was filed on 1/20/2026, shortly after our report about her failure to file on time was published. No further action will be taken.

- FILED ON TIME -

Attorney Melanie Miles, a Democratic candidate running for Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, filed her campaign finance report on Thursday, January 15, 2026, on time, in accordance with State Law. As of Tuesday, January 20, 2026, Attorney Melanie Miles is the only candidate in the race for "J.P. 7, PLACE 2," who obeyed the law by disclosing her donations and expenditures in accordance with State Law.

- TRUTH TELLER -

Attorney Melanie Miles has fully exposed Judge Sharon Burney, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, as someone who does not have the best interests of her constituents in mind. Melanie's claim that Judge Burney does not show up to work on Mondays has been investigated by Attorney Nyanza Moore and the Aubrey R. Taylor Communications Investigative Team.

- THE BEST CHOICE -

Attorney Melanie Miles is the best person to fill the void left after the death of the Honorable Zinetta Burney, whom we all loved and admired. In reality, Judge Sharon Burney seems to be a good person, but she does not possess the work ethic and heart for the people of "PRECINCT SEVEN" that her late mother had for her constituents.

Christian Menefee raised significant funds during his campaign to succeed the late Congressman Sylvester Turner, who died on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. However, it is clear that Christian Menefee does not have the same connection to the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas as did the late Congressman Sylvester Turner and the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

Amanda Edwards raised a lot of money during her campaign to succeed the late Congressman Sylvester Turner, who died on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. However, it is clear that Amanda Edwards does not have the same connection to the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas as did the late Congressman Sylvester Turner and the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

Below are the "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS" that have been recorded so far in the "CD-18 RUNOFF" election between Christian Menefee and Amanda Edwards. The Absentee Mail Ballots started coming in through the mail to Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth's Office on Wednesday, December 17, 2026. And don't forget that "EARLY VOTING" will end on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, with "ELECTION DAY," voting taking place on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

MAMIE LOIS WICKS

It is not clear at this point if Gerald Womack is running his alleged "ILLEGAL BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATION" at this time. However, back during the Tuesday, November 4, 2025, race for the 18th Congressional District, Amanda Edwards received more "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS" than Christian Menefee, who is a member of Gerald Womack's team.

Gerald Womack has allegedly been running a criminal mail ballot harvesting operation from his Womack Development & Investment Realors headquarters for decades. Gloria Palmer (now deceased), is the alleged "BALLOT HARVESTER," who stole the identities of "DEAD BLACK VOTERS," and then used their stolen identities to request fraudulently obtained absentee mail ballot applications. Below you will find evidence proving that the United States Postal Service was used to carry out the criminal acts funded at the direction of Gerald Womack during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary in Harris County, Texas.

Criminal Resource Manual

940. 18 U.S.C. Section 1341—Elements of Mail Fraud

"There are two elements in mail fraud: (1) having devised or intending to devise a scheme to defraud (or to perform specified fraudulent acts), and (2) use of the mail for the purpose of executing, or attempting to execute, the scheme (or specified fraudulent acts)." Schmuck v. United States, 489 U.S. 705, 721 n. 10 (1989); see also Pereira v. United States, 347 U.S. 1, 8 (1954) ("The elements of the offense of mail fraud under . . . § 1341 are (1) a scheme to defraud, and (2) the mailing of a letter, etc., for the purpose of executing the scheme."); Laura A. Eilers & Harvey B. Silikovitz, Mail and Wire Fraud, 31 Am. Crim. L. Rev. 703, 704 (1994) (cases cited).

[cited in JM 9-43.100]

AI Overview
"FEDERAL MAIL FRAUD."

The federal mail fraud statute, 18 U.S.C. § 1341, criminalizes using the U.S. mail or private carriers for schemes to defraud, requiring proof of a fraudulent plan and the use of mail to further it, with penalties up to 20 years in prison, fines, and restitution, or 30 years for crimes affecting financial institutions. Key elements include devising a scheme to obtain money/property through deceit and intentionally using mail to execute it, covering everything from fake invoices to Ponzi schemes.

Key Elements of Mail Fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1341) Scheme to Defraud: A plan to deceive someone for money or property, involving material lies or omissions.

Use of Mail: Intentionally using the U.S. Postal Service or a private interstate carrier (like FedEx/UPS) to further the scheme.

Intent: Willfully and knowingly participating in the scheme with the specific goal to defraud.

Examples of Mail Fraud

➤ Sending fake invoices for services not rendered.

➤ Sending fraudulent (forged) documents.

➤ Promising fake investment opportunities (Ponzi schemes).

➤ Misrepresenting income on mortgage applications sent by mail.

➤ Submitting false insurance claims.

Penalties

Standard: Up to 20 years in federal prison, fines, and victim restitution.

Financial Institution-Related: Up to 30 years and fines up to $1,000,000 if the fraud affects a financial institution or occurs during a major disaster.

Statute of Limitations

Generally, 5 years from the date of the offense.

10 years for schemes that affect a financial institution.

Gloria Palmer (now deceased) used the "CARRIER ENVELOPE" above to mail fraudulent documents containing forged signatures through the United States Postal Service, which is a federal crime carrying a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in federal prison, fines, and victim restitution.

- VIEW DOCUMENTS -

Gloria Palmer (now deceased) is the person who paid the postage to mail the "FRAUDULENT" absentee mail ballot applications through the United States Postal Service. The document above is a close-up of the USPS Tracking Number attached to the fraudulent transaction. At the time of this "CRIMINAL ACT," Gloria Palmer was working for Gerald Womack in connection with Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Campaign.

Gloria Palmer (now deceased) is the person who sent the fraudulent document containing forged documents through the United States Postal Service, which was received by Diane Trautman on February 10, 2020, at 2:12 p.m., according to the time stamp above.

Gloria Palmer (now deceased) is the person who hired assistants to help her facilitate her "CRIMINAL MAIL BALLOT OPERATION," after she was hired by Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors. The document you see above contains the "FORGED SIGNATURE" of Sylvia Thomas (now deceased), who had not lived in Harris County, Texas, for over 20 years, at the time her identity was stolen.

If you look closely at the "FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT" above, you will notice that there is "NO PHONE NUMBER" attached to absentee mail ballot application that was sent through the United States Postal Service, after Sylvia Thomas's identity was allegedly stolen by Gloria Palmer, which she was on assignment working for Gerald Womack during the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary.

- CRIMINAL ACTIVITY -

As you can see above, Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development and Investment Realtors, was involved in "CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES" as far back as the 1980's. However, Womack's "UNSCRUPOLOUS" criminality is far broader than writing a few "HOT CHECKS." Womack is the mastermind behind an elaborate absentee mail ballot harvesting ring that has operated with impunity for decades in the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

"UNSCRUPULOUS DUDE."

Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, located at 4412 Almeda Road, in Houston's historic Third Ward, is an "UNSCRUPULOUS DUDE," who has many local elected officials in his pocket. Can we prove this assertion? Yes. But that's a story for another day. Anyways, right now, Gerald Womack is seeking to influence the outcome of the "CD-18 RUNOFF" election between Christian Menefee and Amanda Edwards, scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026. Womack is also interfering with the Democratic Party Primary race for Justice of the Peace Precinct 7, Place 2, between Judge Sharon Burney, Attorney Melanie Miles, and Attorney Markia Bordeaux, which is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in Harris County, Texas.

"THOMAS. FISHER. PALMER."

On Thursday, January 1, 2026, the voter registrations of three "DEAD DEMOCRATIC VOTERS," with direct ties to Gerald Womack's "BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATION," got renewed, to make all three of the dead women eligible to vote through Friday, December 31, 2027. How did this happen? Who renewed the voter registrations for these three dead Black women?

Gloria Blake Palmer died on Friday, October 31, 2025. However, if you look closely at her voter registration information above, someone renewed Gloria Palmer's voter registration on Thursday, January 1, 2026, and has made this "DEAD BLACK WOMAN" eligible to vote through Friday, December 31, 2027. Remember, Gloria Palmer is the woman whom Gerald Womack hired, for decades, to assist candidates collecting illegally harvested "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS" in Harris County, Texas. To this end, Gloria Palmer was also a convicted prostitute and forger, who stole the identities of countless "DEAD BLACK VOTERS," and requested fraudulent mail ballot applications in their name, using the United States Postal Service, which was a Federal Crime.

Sheree Harris Fisher died on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. However, if you look closely at her voter registration information above, someone renewed Sheree Harris Fisher's voter registration on Thursday, January 1, 2026, and has made this "DEAD BLACK WOMAN" eligible to vote through Friday, December 31, 2027. If you don't know her, Sheree Harris Fisher worked in Gerald Womack's Office at 4412 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas 77004. Sheree was contacted by three Federal FBI Agents at her home around 9:00 p.m., shortly following the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary. During this encounter, Sheree Harris Fisher, allegedly, by her account, allowed the (FBI AGENTS) to view her phone and work log. Shortly thereafter, Sheree Harris Fisher began secretly working with the Aubrey R. Taylor Communications investigative team and gave us valuable insight into the inner workings of Gerald Womack's "CRIMINAL BALLOT HARVESTING" operation.

Sylvia Encalade Thomas is now deceased. Nearly 30 years ago, Sylvia lived in Harris County, Texas, but moved to New Orleans, Louisiana. When she was interviewed by our "CHIEF INVESTIGATOR," Charles "Chuck" Marler, she told him that she had not lived in Houston, Texas, in over 20 years, and had not applied for a "BALLOT-BY-MAIL" to vote in the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. That said, Sylvia Encalade Thomas died on Saturday, July 22, 2023, but her "VOTER REGISTRATION" was somehow renewed a few days ago (Thursday, January 1, 2026), making her eligible to vote in Harris County, Texas, elections through Friday, December 31, 2027. Remember, Gloria Palmer and her cohorts were hired by Gerald Womack to obtain mail ballots for local politicians for decades.

Gloria Palmer died on Friday, October 31, 2025, but for decades, she collected and harvested "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOTS" for local candidates, and was the ring-leader in Gerald Womack's alleged "CRIMINAL BALLOT HARVESTING" operation. As you can see above, Attorney General Ken Paxton's Office opened a criminal investigation into "GLORIA PALMER" after sending the case to former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, who opened a criminal investigation, and then allegedly let the statute of limitations run out.

"KEY DEADLINES."

Early voting for the Saturday, January 31, 2026, "CD-18 RUNOFF," between Christan DaShaun Menefee and Amanda Edwards, will begin on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, and end on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and will be run under the "OLD CD-18 MAP." However, a few weeks later, on "SUPER TUESDAY," when Congressman Al Green faces off against Amanda, Christian, and Gretchen Brown in the Democratic Party Primary, their race will be run under the newly drawn 2026 Republican (TRUMP) redistricted maps. Early voting for the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary will run from Tuesday, February 17, 2026, to Friday, February 27, 2026, in Texas.

Aubrey R. Taylor, the president and CEO of Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, publishes the Houston Business Connections Newspaper© and Ground-Game Magazine© in digital and printed forms. All Aubrey R. Taylor Communications publications are "NON-PARTISAN," unless otherwise noted.

"KEY MATCHUPS"

On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Judge Christine Weems, Judge Donna Roth, Judge Lauren Reeder, and Judge Beau Miller could suffer the same fate as Judge Engelhart if they don't take their primary challengers seriously. As for former Judge Robert Johnson, former Judge Darrell Jordan, and retired Judge Ramona Franklin, they're all making a comeback on "SUPER TUESDAY," in Harris County, Texas. Early voting will begin on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, and end on Friday, February 27, 2026. But if you can't vote early, "ELECTION DAY": voting will take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, which is Super Tuesday in America.
