Powerful Black women like Board Certified Attorney Melanie Miles, Judge Germaine Tanner, Judge Audrie Lawton, Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, Judge Maria T. Jackson, Dr. Cynthia Lenton Gary, and Judge Damiane "Dianne" Curvey are thriving today because of civil rights icons like Reverend Jesse Jackson, a former United States Presidential candidate. All warm-blooded Americans wishing to honor the life of this iconic figure, who championed voting rights, and as one of the most "INFLUENTIAL POLITICAL ACTIVISTS" of the late twentieth century, should make a plan to vote on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in honor of Reverend Jesse Jackson's tireless fight for equal voting rights.

- SPECIAL MESSAGE -
"Today, we honor the life and legacy of Reverend Jesse Jackson Sr., a fearless champion for justice who carried forward the dream of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He devoted his life to expanding opportunity, protecting voting rights, and lifting up those too often left behind. May we continue the work with the same courage and conviction that defined his life."

Attorney Melanie Miles, Judge Germaine Tanner, and Judge Dianne Curvey encourage you to vote on Super Tuesday
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
I see a lot of people posting photos of the late Civil Rights Icon Jesse Jackson to honor him. However, the best way to honor the Reverend Jesse Jackson is to become engaged and active in the process of voting "GOOD PEOPLE" into positions of authority.
As of today, voters over the age of 65, who are eligible to vote by "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT," in Harris County, Texas, are neglecting to do so. It is believed that these voters will instead vote "IN-PERSON" during the "EARLY VOTING" period, which runs from Tuesday, February 17, 2026, through Friday, February 27, 2026.
Listen. The voter turnout is abysmal in the "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT" category, but still, I am convinced that Congressman Al Green is leading the race for the new 18th Congressional District of Texas. I am also thoroughly convinced that Board Certified Attorney Melanie Miles is leading the race for Harris County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 2, as of today.
"MELANIE'S PLAN."
When Attorney Melanie Miles defeats Judge Sharon Burney, she plans to implement her plan to "RESTORE CREDIBILITY" to the Precinct 7, Place 2, bench in Harris County, Texas.
MELANIE PLANS to bring essential legal aid and housing assistance directly into the Harris County Justice of the Peace Precinct 7, Place 2, as one of her first orders of business.
MELANIE PLANS to do away with Judge Sharon Burney's practice of stacking cases, and only allowing people who come before the bench 90-second hearings.
MELANIE PLANS to create a community-focused courtroom that treats every person who enters the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 2, court, with dignity and respect.
MELANIE PLANS to increase transparency, accountability, and efficiency in every aspect of court operations in the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 2, court.
MELANIE PLANS to build strong partnerships to connect residents and community stakeholders with resources that re-establish stability prior to their case coming before the court.
"CLOSING THOUGHTS."
I'm strongly encouraging my "OPEN-MINDED" readers who live within the Harris County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 2, boundaries to vote for Board Certified Attorney Melanie Miles, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
