County Judge Lina Hidalgo Could Be Asked to Resign on Thursday; Annise Parker and Orlando Sanchez Are Endorsed

At the upcoming Thursday, March 19, 2026, Harris County Commissioners Court Meeting, at 9:00am, which will be held at 1001 Preston Street, 1st Floor, Houston, TX 77002, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo (left), could be asked to resign. County Judge Lina Hidalgo's recent actions at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where she embarrassed herself and her party, cannot be ignored or swept under the rug. That said, all Houston Business Connections Newspaper©, readers, and Ground Game Magazine© on KCOH 1230, listeners are strongly encouraged to vote for Former Mayor Annise Parker on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in the Democratic Party Primary Runoff, and Former Harris County Treasurer Orlando Sanchez on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in the Republican Party Primary Runoff.

"UPCOMING SHOW."

On Thursday, March 19, 2026, the upcoming Ground Game Magazine© on KCOH 1230, a two-hour Radio Program, will focus on the latest happenings in local, statewide, and national politics, with emphasis placed on the key local "RUNOFF PRIMARY RACES" in Harris County, Texas, and Fort Bend County, Texas. For the record, I, Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor, will host the show, and Hall of Fame KCOH Broadcaster Ralph Cooper will moderate the broadcast, which will begin at 6:00p.m. and end at 8:00p.m., and can be listened to live.

- ENDORSEMENT -

On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Democrats should cast their vote for former Houston Mayor Annise Parker over Former Councilwoman Letitia Plummer. Also, "BLACK VOTERS," should support Parker because, as a former Mayor, City Controller, and Councilwoman, Annise Parker has the relevant experience that's needed to bring respectability, and "FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY," back to Harris County, Texas, if she becomes the next Harris County Judge.

- ENDORSEMENT -

On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Republicans should cast their vote for the former Harris County Treasurer, who also served as the At-Large City of Houston Councilman for Position 3. With an emphasis on Lowering Property Taxes, Reducing Crime, and stopping Future Floods, we believe that Sanchez would make a great Harris County Judge by "RESTORING ORDER" and bringing sensibility back to the position of Harris County Judge.

Judge Germaine "Janet" Tanner, the presiding judge for the 311th Family District Court, holds a political science degree from the prestigious University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana and her Law Degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor is the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper and Ground Game Magazine on KCOH 1230, "The Source," which is aimed at empowering, mobilizing, and informing "OPEN MINDED" people who are seeking to make informed voting decisions.

- AL GREEN IS FIT -

Romans 2:11, in the King James Version of the Holy Bible, states, "For there is no respect of persons with God." So, what God did for Congressman Bennie Thompson in Mississippi on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, HE can also do for Congressman Al Green, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in the state of Texas.

"NOT TOO OLD."

If Congressman Bennie Thompson, who is 78 years old, and Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia, who is 75 years old, are not too old to continue serving in the United States Congress, neither is Congressman Al Green, who is only 78 years old.

"SENIORITY."

If the voters in Mississippi's 2nd Congressional District were smart enough to vote for Congressman Bennie Thompson, 78, over his 34-year-old opponent named Evan Turnage, in the Democratic Party Primary, to preserve his seniority, the same must be done for Congressman Al Green, here in the 18th Congressional District of Texas, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, to presserve his seniority.

"ENDORSEMENTS."

Christian Menefee and his team have used flawed polling data to trick "BLACK VOTERS" into believing that he is a strong candidate. However, Menefee's luck has run out, as Powerful Democratic State Rep. Ron Reynolds, and many other influential dignitaries, civic leaders, elected officials, and "OPEN-MINDED VOTERS," have given Congressman Al Green their vote of confidence.

- ELECTION RESULTS -

State Rep. Ron Reynolds (left) played a crucial role in helping Board Certified Attorney Melanie Miles emerge from the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Place 2, ahead of Judge Sharon Burney, who is the incumbent judge who does not show up for work to hold dockets on Mondays. State Rep. Reynolds also helped Congressman Green soundly beat Christian Menefee in every Fort Bend County voting precinct.

- BETA MALE -

Congressman Christian Menefee has raised a lot of money to pursue the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Still, Menefee has not been able to overcome his glaring weakness and lack of confidence. For the record, Congressman Christian Menefee is a submissive "BETA MALE" who must have stronger men, such as Commissioner Rodney Ellis, positioned around him to give him emotional support, tutelage, and protection. Electing Menefee for a full term in the United States Congress would be a serious mistake because he is not built to handle the pressure.

- ALPHA MALE -

Congressman Al Green is a strong, courageous "ALPHA MALE," who can stand in a room on his own without becoming timid and fearful of the other men in the room. If you watch Congressman Green closely, you will discover that he is dominant, assertive, and unfraid to stand up to President Donald Trump and other powerful men. Unlike Congressman Christian Menefee, who is weak, Congressman Green has the heart of a lion and the intestinal fortitude that the people of the 18th Congressional District have been longing for since the untimely death of the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

- PRECINCT DATA -

"WE'RE WITH GREEN."

Congressman Al Green is endorsed by a host of local and national leaders over Congressman Christian Menefee on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in the Democratic Party Primary race for "THE NEW," 18th Congressional District of Texas. Congressman Green is also endorsed by Houston Business Connections Newspaper and Ground Game Magazine, which are published by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. All Rights Reserved.

Former Judge DaSean Jones, one of the "TITLE SPONSORS" of our Ground Game Magazine Radio Broadcast on KCOH 1230, believes that the outlook for Democrats is great during the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.

- TRAILBLAZERS -

These sixteen women, along with the late Judge Cassondra Hollemon (not pictured), Judge Lucia Bates (not pictured), and former Honorable Judge Maria T. Jackson, took America by storm during the 2018 Midterm Election. But on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for the General Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas, there will be an even larger contingent of African American women seeking to rewrite the annals of "AMERICAN HISTORY," while preserving our history and solidifying their legacies.
